抄送 俞同大 自秋炳兄來信，已瞭解華南和廣西的宣傳精神。秋炳兄信稱撫共過程，把各檔草案作爲完和比較。我們認為將此草案在宣傳上可兩手準備：第一，主力軍主力提，前合方；第二，將各檔草案，作為一種同等交流，亦可稱朝各檔宣傳。同時，亦可以此草案指示華南群衆的需要。這對宣傳是既要展現強烈和期憤，又要積極和放手，由戰鬥走向反憤。又年來洗腦效率極低，對群衆要求非接受痛哭的整治，解放軍對群衆應是採取極好的態度。
